Questions regarding the hotel's common spaces

- Is it necessary to make a reservation to use the common facilities?
- A
- For hotel guests, there is no need to reserve any of the common facilities. However, because of this first-come-first-serve policy, there may be times when all of the facilities are occupied.
* All or part of the common facilities may be temporarily unavailable due to a company workshop or event. We kindly ask you for your understanding.

- Can external guests use the common spaces?
- A
- The common spaces are also available for external guests. Please ask contact@hotel-graphy.com for details.

- Can the common spaces be used 24 hours?
- A
- The common spaces can be used freely 24 hours a day. However, as a courtesy to your fellow tenants, please keep the noise to a minimum during the night (10pm-8am).
* The rooftop terrace may be used from 9am-9pm.

- Who cleans the common facilities?
- A
- Our housekeeping staff cleans the common facilities every day. However, we ask our guests to kindly do their own dishes and clean up after themselves after using the facilities, and leave them in the same condition they found them in.

- What kind of furniture and amenities are in the rooms?
- A
- A bed, refrigerator, A/C, curtain, desk, chair, floor lamp, as well as towels, face towels, toothbrush, and hair dryers are in every room.

- Is there internet in the rooms?
- A
- There is a wireless LAN connection in every room.

- When is check-in and check-out?
- A
- Check-in is from 3pm-11pm. Check-out is until 11am.
The entrance door will be automatically locked between midnight and 7am, so please make sure to contact the hotel if you are going to check in later than 11pm.
* If a guest is a no-show without notice after 11pm, their reservation may be canceled.

- What payment methods do you accept?

- We accept cash and credit card (Visa/MasterCard/American Express/JCB) ※We do not accept electronic money.

- Can I cancel my booking? Will I have to pay cancelation fees?
- A
- If the cancelation is at short notice, cancelation fees may apply. Please refer to the booking site you used for details about the hotel’s booking policy.
Miscellaneous

- Is it possible to leave luggage at the hotel before check-in and/or after check-out?
- A
- Yes. You are welcome to leave your luggage at the front desk between 7:30am and 11:00pm. If you leave your luggage after you check out, please make sure to pick it up on the same day.

- What is the minimum age to stay at the hotel without a guardian? Are young children allowed to stay with their parents?
- A
- Guests under 18 are not allowed to stay without a guardian or parent. Children under 6 years of age are allowed to stay for free; however please bear in mind that the hotel does not have any baby equipment like baby beds, cribs, high chairs, etc.

- Is it possible to make a booking for another person or under a company name?
- A
- Yes. However, when making a reservation for a third party, please also provide the name of the person who will be staying at the hotel. If you are looking to book for/as a group, please contact the hotel directly for details.
